About Tales and Legends from Tain
Tain and District Museum, in collaboration with the Tain and District Development Trust, are celebrating Scotland's Year of Stories 2022 by hosting storytelling events, during the St Duthac Book & Arts Festival, looking at local myths and legends.
During our first event come and learn about the Legend of the Gizzen Briggs and how the fairies became stuck endlessly trying to build a bridge from Tain to Dornoch.
Our storytelling events are open to all ages. Tickets are £5 and are available from St Duthac Book & Arts Festival website here. You can also buy tickets (cash only) in person from the Tain & District Development Trust at 8 Tower Street in Tain.
