You will find Dornoch Distillery on the opposite side of the Dornoch Firth, within an easy drive from the Peninsula. This is a small crowded-funded organic gin and whisky distillery and independent bottler.
Located in the gardens of the Dornoch Castle Hotel. Dornoch Distillery launched its crowdfunding campaign in 2016 which saw whisky enthusiasts from all over the world supporting the Thompson brothers' dream of creating an old-style whisky in Dornoch.
