About The Castle Hotel
The Castle Hotel is a friendly, traditional Highland Hotel with modern facilities, consisting of a pub with dining room and four comfortable bedrooms.
We serve draught beers including a guest real ale, wines and spirits and a large selection of single malt whiskies. Our menu is tradional home cooked pub grub with local specialities. We are pet and family friendly and enjoy stunning views accross the Dornoch Firth and the safe sandy beach and harbour at Portmahomack.
We are the only pub on the east coast of Scotland which faces West which makes ideally suited for viewing stunning sunsets. We often spot wildlife right outside including, seals, dolphins, resident and migratory birds.
